Fourth Force Field Analysis

Why are you here? Do you believe in yourself? Can you take positive action to create a good life for yourself and others? Are you clear about how to have a good and healthy life and future. Do you take risks? How resilient are you? Are you open to new ideas? Can you commit fully to life, relationships, work, and health? Do you have a strong support network? Do you identify and analyse problems and provide solutions? Are you accountable for your life? Do you exercise good judgment? Do you make sound decisions? Do you enjoy success? What are the payoffs for your life? Do you have a winning script? What is its title?

What do you stand for? What were you born to achieve? What is your life purpose? Do you live a soul-led life? How will you birth your inner journey?

How do you care for others? How do you care for yourself? What is your greatest fear?  Who/What is your greatest love? What is your greatest dislike? What do you wish for? Am I standing at a threshold? Where am I leaving? Where am I going? Where do you invest your time, effort and money? What are your self limiting beliefs? What are your addictions and mind sets? What do you want for the next chapter of your life? What spiritual practice do you commit to? How do you give your power away? What stories shaped your world view? What qualities do you most value in yourself? What would you do if you had more resources? How do you show up in the world - selfishly or unselfishly? How do you live in alignment with your principles?

What are your learning and skills gaps? What and whom has sustained you through difficulties? What is holding you back from my greatest accomplishment? What is prompting you forward? What gifts, skills, abilities do you have? What gifts, skills, abilities do you need for an accomplished life? What do you want to achieve? What do you need to do to achieve my goals? What are the steps to your success? What resources do you need? What is the date you set for each step? Write your own obituary. What would you say?

What characteristics do you most admire in a role model? What behaviour do people notice first about you? What characteristics do you want to adopt? What bad role model qualities do you avoid expressing? What goals did you achieve in the past? What qualities will enable you to do well in the future? Can you identify your triggers, anger, fear, grief, compassion, shame, guilt, and joy? Are you clear in your communication, and flexible in responses? Are you tolerant? Can you be under stress and keep calm? Do you have self control? Do you reflect sufficiently? What would you like to do differently?

Care for ourselves: our needs, wellbeing, happiness, Care for each other: listen to each person, value uniqueness, see their contribution, value them as a person, Care for the planet: its natural resources, ecosystems, health and well-being of all other species, animal and plant life. Care for Money: to use it wisely, not waste, think of others.
