Spiritual Cinema Club: This club is endorsed by reputable spiritual teachers, such as Bruce Lipton, the late Dr Wayne Dyer, James Twyman, Neale Donald Walsch - to name a few. It supplies films that rarely reach the general public but are ideal for those who like to watch a DVD at home with friends and family. Most of the films this organisation provides are suitable for the entire family and are often educational and always uplifting, meaningful and inspirational. The organisation requests a monthly subscription and I have heard their choice referred to as ‘film therapy’.

The last soldiers went over the top at 4:20 am on the 11th of November 1918. The armistice was signed at 5 am in a railway carriage in the forest of companion in France. Then, at the 11th hour on the 11th day of the 11th month of 1918, the guns of Europe fell silent. The great war was over. On that morning alone there were 10,944 casualties and 2,738 deaths on the Western Front. The following year, King George V issued a proclamation which called for two minute silence. “All locomotion should cease so that, in perfect stillness, the thoughts of everyone may be concentrated on the referent remembrance of the glorious dead.” Each year since then at the 11th hour on the 11th day of the 11th month the two minute silence is observed by the Royal British Legion and in Commonwealth countries remembering the end of the First World War. A million from Britain, 6 million worldwide. 

Pals battalions were recruited in World War I so men could fight alongside their friends, work colleagues and neighbours. The impact of heavy losses from these battalions can still be seen on memorials in workplaces and schools today. Whole communities lost their sons and fathers.

She is easy to talk to and explains about Tantra, which is a body consciousness, and a development of our physical sensitivity and sensuality. Not all Tantra is conducted unclothed or involves any kind of sexual contact. You decide how much clothing you would like to remove, but usually Eabeauti is clothed.

"I grew up leading a nomadic lifestyle and lived in England (briefly), then Malta, Scotland, Malaysia and Singapore, before settling back in England in my mid-teens. I then moved to Ireland for 18 months and was involved with the music scene there.

"Music was my first career, travelling around as a singer-songwriter with my Yamaha FG 180 and Eko Ranger 12 string, then I made it simply a hobby in order to train as a nurse after caring for a little girl who had leukaemia and feeling I could be more useful within the medical profession. Following that, while raising my children, I worked as a complementary therapist, wholefood cook, clothes and jewellery designer, illustrator, medical laboratory assistant, journalist, author, and dog behaviourist. In the last two roles I combined my love of dogs with my love of writing and 5 of my 34 published books are about dog behaviour.
